Oh, My Romantic Kumiho

x5ga
  • Ji-Eun has been dating Gyuho for 3 years now and he's pretty much the perfect boyfriend. Even the way they meet was perfect, the same as in her favorite movie, Twilight. But now she learns that he is a Kumiho (Nine Tailed Fox), he's 700 years old and he wants to marry her. And on top of all this weird things he mentions that he loves her liver. Is the price of a perfect boyfriend worth her liver? Join in this funny contemporary fantasy where a girl learns that prince charming also has a dark side and that stories sound good in a book, but living them might end up not so enjoyable.

I'm not sure which language you're translating it from, but in case you only have the K-scans, would you prefer to work with Chinese ones? I've found some for v1-9, all in Chinese. Just let me know, if you'd like to have them for your scanlation project.

Hi, thank you for your concern. We have vols 1-9 in Korean (all scanned except vol 6 & 7, but we do have it), as well as a Chinese source (up to ch 51?) for translation purposes :) so I think we're okay.

Thanks for the offer though! :D

Any time :) I'm part of some scanlation projects as well, so I know how annoying it can be, if you end up with scans of a language no translator is able to work on at the time, while there might be other scans that are in a language that would be okay.

Something completely different..Do you know where I can buy manhwas? I'm familiar with buying mangas in Japan online but for the hell of it, I can't seem to find either OMRK, Sweet Blood or I-Ren, to name but a few, in any of the usual shops like amazon.jp for example. I'd like to buy the books because I want to support the authors and stuff my overflowing bookshelf even more, but so far, I haven't had any luck searching.Another thing I'd really be curious about is, if there's a site I can check whether a book has been translated from Chinese or Korean to Japanese. I'm more or less able to understand Japanese, so of course I'd prefer buying the Japanese versions rather than Korean or Chinese ones, if possible. I find sites like mangaupdates etc aren't that trustworthy when it comes to listing all the publications in different languages. Any idea? :)

I'll have to ask. I know some projects like Masca we have to ask some staff who are living in Korea or are visiting to go and buy it and bring it back to either scan or send to one of our scanners, but I am not sure if we actually order any from online sites in terms of korean ones.

One of our korean scanners uses this site: http://www.bandibookus.com/

and fortunately for them they can order on that site and pick it up at a bookstore nearby that lets her do it with no shipping cost :3
