Hard to say at the moment, since only one chapter is out, but nothing is set in stone, so later when it becomes more apparent someone can always change it =)

but I just want to note it IS possible to be both shoujo and shounen ai, shounen ai just means "boys love" (less extreme compared to yaoi) versus shoujo ai which is "girls love" (less extreme compared to yuri)

manga being shoujo and shonen-ai would just mean a story written for a female audience that features a male-male pairing

genderbender just means the character may crossdress or be portrayed as the opposite gender etc
