baby_cobra
So... i just finished a few days ago 07 Ghost. And i found it to be a nice series, but i think that the story wasn't really developed the way it should have been. I mean... there are sooo many things that were left unclear . Anyway... the art was nice, the ost was nice as well... and i think that i would have liked this a lot more if it had more episodes, or a second season to explain everything and to see more action . Now i just added a new anime on my "watching" list... and it's named Katekyo Hitman Reborn! . I've seen only 5 episodes so far... and to be frank, i'm not really into this series at the moment, even though i pretty much like the art. I'll just wait to see if i'll begin to like it more or not after i've seen more episodes
jlucpitard
Although the manga of Kaichou wa Maid-sama is amazing! I didnt get the same vibe from the anime. Its boring. I'm enjoying it with my daughter. (It's all fresh to her, I've read the manga to the current chapter.) I can see what you might not like, for example, Usui comes off even more 2D in the anime than the manga unfortunately, but it keeps so close to the manga that it pleases me. My daughter's enchanted by the clothes and the cosplay, but she's young enough that the perfect man type of stories don't ring false for her. In the manga, we've learned more about Usui and he becomes more interesting to me as the series continues. Misa rocks, in both forms! We're also watching The Book of Friends (Natsume Yuujinchou and the next season of it) which is a slow paced, but so lovely story of a young man growing up and learning to open himself to others. No romance as of yet and it skirts close to shonen ai at times, but it's a really sweet series in both forms. JLP Quote Proofreading: Dream Fantasia & Evyione and anything related to Masca that you'll let me.
squeeke
Currently, I find myself re-watching some of the older but recent animes like Inyuyasha and Sailor Moon just for kicks and to see why I actually liked them to begin with. Some more recent animes that I am watching are Bleach and Kaichou wa Maid-sama. I love Bleach for the action although the anime kind of disappoints me at times because, like with any anime that arrives from manga, some things that I would have liked to be included in it aren't or are put in at a different time. In Kaichou wa Maid-sama, I enjoy all of the cosplay clothes and really like seeing the characters come to life in a spectacular way, though I actually prefer the manga. baby_cobra
I'm still watching KHR, but... because i don't enjoy it that much for the moment (even though i'm at episode 20)..i've started watching Welcome to NHK! . I've seen only 4 episodes, but i find it to be really interesting ^^.It has a really nice way of approaching the main subject and the characters also seem well done . Can't wait to see more of it ^^

baby_cobra
Thanks Akari, that really kept me going . The first 20 ep of KHR were really boring, but now i'm at ep 66 and i've already seen some awesome battles . Also i've read some reviews and they all said that from this point on the story is just going to be better and better ^^. So.. for the moment i'm enjoying KHR quite a bit ^^. Also , i've finished Welcome to NHK and i liked this series a lot as well. Although i didn't really love the ending. But oh well... it was kinda okay in the end ^^

xanderion
Like you, I'm trying to watch Uragiri wa Boku no Naname o Shitteiru because it is Shounen-ai. But till now, I couldn't watch one whole episode. I can't stand the hero: Yuki. The other guys are cool. Even Tomoko is cool. But Yuki, why didn't they just chose to make him a girl already! He's just grating on my nerves with all his whining and crying.

Sakubo
Adding some shows for the new season. Black Lagoon - Roberta's Blood Trail - action series, I love the first 2 seasons of this series and was glad when they annouced another one. I just wish the episodes would come out sooner! Break Blade - I liked the manga for this. Mecha based action series. Watched the first movie released and it was really good. Artwork was nice and they stuck to the manga well. Looking forward to the next episode released the end of August Mitsudomoe - I started reading the manga for this a little bit ago and then didnt even know they were making an anime out of it until the first episode was out. This show has alot of subjective humor. Either you like this type of show or you hate it. Me I love it and its one of the shows im looking forward to each week. Nurarihyon no Mago - I like the manga for this alot. Was really looking forward to the anime and so far I have been mostly happy. There have been a few changes from the manga so far but not so many that I cant understand why they had to change. Its a good action series dealing with Oni and supernatural stuff. Occult Academy - Never heard about this until it was on Crunchyroll. Show has been good so far I like the princple and the supporting cast is prretty funny. I hope this show turns out good. Ookami-san - Not sure how I feel on this one yet. The episodes havent been bad so far I have liked them. Dont know much about this other than it seems they used stories like little red riding hood as a bases for the different characters. Seitokai Yakuindomo - Really funny series dealing with a boy going to a school that used to be an all girls school. He gets stuffed into the student council with some rather interesting poeple. Amagami SS - This one is another one im not sure how I feel about. Its based on a dating sim game and unlike most series that follow a dating sim instead of following 1 arc or doing the whole harem thing. This one seems to have a bunch of mini arcs were they are going to spend a few episodes on each girl. Its neat to see how the character interacts with the different girls but on the other hand the arcs seem to be short, first one is only 4 episodes and there isnt a whole that devolps in only 4 episodes. The Legend of the Legendary Heroes - So far this is my favorite of the new shows this season. I really like the action / fantasy element and the characters introduced so far have been great. I really hope this series turns out well. Asobi ni Iku Yo- I had no idea what this show was about when I first started to watch it but having seen the first 4 episodes I think its fun. Its another show I look forward to each week.

x5ga
I'm just gonna copy/paste these since I'm lazy: I'm currently watching these ongoing anime: Amagami SS, Katanagatari, Shinryaku! Ika musume, Panty&Stocking with garterbelt I'm currently watching these finished (not currently airing) anime: Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, Hyper Police, Sky Girls, Mushishi, Hell Girl 3. I'm gonna watch these currently ongoing anime when they finish airing: Ore no imouto... , Index 2, Motto To-Love Ru, Shiki, Arakawa 2, Fortune Arterial, Yosuga no Sora, The world only god knows. I'm gonna watch these when all the BDs are out: HSOTD, Occult Gakuin, Shukufuku no Campanella, Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls. I'm currently watching these series only when drunk since I don't like them otherwise: Sister Princess, Photon: The idiot adventures, NieA: Under7, Fight Ippatsu! Juuden-chan!! I'm trying to finish watching these series but I keep falling asleep: Crystal Blaze, Venus versus Virus, Ga-rei Zero I'm too scared to continue watching these series because they're too addictive and I probably would ignore anything around me until I finish watching them and then get sad/angry because they ended: Berserk, Claymore, Monster, 12 Kingdoms, Witchblade. I'm trying to find time to watch: ef - a tale of memories/memories, true tears, xam'd: lost memories, Figure 17, Spiral.
