Eureka
Si. Soy media guatemalteca y media salvadorenia. I like to think I'm fluent, but what can I say? English sticks. ;o
natalyva
Also I like to think I'm fluent in English @[email protected] ......Pero creo que tengo que pensar dos veces antes de decir/escribir algo @[email protected]
Eureka
Ani
Yep, but I'm dropping Spanish next year, even though it's really easy. I've decided to take French instead. Eureka
Ah, that's a shame Ani, although French is pretty cool too. I'm probably biased but I think Spanish is one of the most beautiful languages in the world. Everything you say comes out more passionate than anything you can say in English. Especially when someone's angry at you. >.< If you think angry moms in English are scary when you're small, you do not ever want to hear an angry mom in Spanish. ;p
Ani
I know... I love Spanish, but I just kinda wanted to try and learn a different language. My school requires me to take Spanish this year, so I'm still learning. And even though I'm dropping Spanish next year, I might study Spanish a little in my free time. XD Must be really scary to hear it in Spanish. My parents are Asian, so they speak really loudly in Chinese when they're angry. It's annoying. -.- Quote ------------------------------------------------------------------- LAST UPDATED: 12.07.15 ------------------------------------------------------------------- Position: (Ultra Slow) Proofreader/(Ultra Slow) Cleaner/PRQCer ------------------------------------------------------------------- Status: Inactive/Semi-active Work, work, work~ :3 CleaningToshi DensetsuNocturneProofreadingMei-chan no ShitsujiPRQCing~Nothing at the moment~ *Credits to Tear for the ava and sig <3*
Eureka
Seriously scary. xD I've been called a daughter of a prostitute by my own mom, and boy does it sting. xD It just doesn't sound so horrible if you say something like that in english. ;3 Spanish is loud too. ;o The Spanish teacher at my school always says that English has a different sound in terms of how low or high you speak in tones. Other languages can get pretty nasty in comparison when they're used in anger. ;p
Ani
Oh, gosh. So harsh... I'd be so scared if I was yelled at in Spanish. > Yeah, other languages are scary when spoken in an angry tone... natalyva
Yeah I agree with you.... ...It's really awful when someone yells at you in Spanish.....I think there are more rude words in spanish than in english =D
Ani
Maybe, I don't know about that. I don't really know many rude words in Spanish, but I know plenty in English.
