I’m Cheesecake, one of the admins who helps out with staffing and many other things. Can you see where this conversation is going yet? Anyway, many people have dropped by our Chantango and asked when will xxx be released. Well, I don’t know the answer to that question, but there are ways to make that answer “soon”.

1. Leave a thoughtful comment. It takes me up to five hours to clean a chapter, but it only takes you a couple of minutes to write a comment to encourage our staff to work faster. Sounds like a good trade, huh?

2. Join us. Many of us started off as newbies. Even if you do not have experience, there are plenty of helpful guides that you can read, plus we have staff who can help you out. We’re mainly recruiting for Japanese and Korean Translators, Editors (cleaners and/or typesetters), and Quality Checkers (require both proofreading and editing skills). Also, our Head Proofreader said we need 1 more godlike Proofreader.

Currently, we’re in desperate need of:

1-2 Japanese/Chinese translator(s) and 1-2 editor(s) for Reimei no Arcana
1 cleaner for Keishichou Tokuhanka 007
1-2 Japanese translator(s) for Yamatonadeshiko Shichihenge (PGE)

Absolute Witch won by far! It seems that we really need to finish that one soon XD. This week’s poll includes my section’s projects: “Slaves Division no.1″ [I'm a Bleach fan so don't judge! @.@]. Our section’s been kinda inactive, since I’ve been in exams till recently, and that’s the reason why the projects listed in the poll seemed to have gotten less love lately. I’ll do everything I can to make them active again! ^^
Now, a little about the projects that didn’t get included in the poll; the reason is:
1. They are a joint with another group and we can’t determine the speed for releasing them based on our staff alone.
2. The staff doesn’t want to concentrate on it or the title is dropped/on hiatus by the author [only Hissing and Dear my Girls are included here].

And in the end, but not unimportant:

Now…I don’t want to brag, but our server is quite expensive. Direct downloads and online reader don’t come for free and we need to pay each month 100$ for it. Ok, so why is the goal 200$? We usually spend the rest on buying manga. The titles we wanted to buy this month include: Reimei no Arcana volume 9, Perfect Girl Evolution volume 30, Limit volume 5 and 6, Torikae Fuukaden volume 1-3 and some oneshots. Last month we bought: Masca bonus volumes and the sequel, Blue Bird, Chiro star Project and Forget About Love. Hope some of you will be happy for our purchase; even though we bought only manhwas this next time we’ll buy only manga. It’s cheaper if we get them all from the same provider. Well, now raws come in my second worries as it seems this month we might be unable to pay even for our host. If that happens we could go off-line. Please don’t let this site die!!! If you can spare a dollar please help us out! We’re forever grateful to our donors!!! *bow*
