So, I officially graduated from college and…duh, I’m going to brag about it XD. It was a long battle, but I did it. I got my diploma [in saying at least] in the middle of July. Why am I back only now? Like…it’s September @.@. I kinda went back home for a month and blamed my slow internet I had there for my absence. I actually just wanted to chill out and read. And…right now I’m preparing for my entrance exam for a master’s degree. You’d think I’d have had enough  studying after all that. I guess I’m a masochist or something like that. Anyway, wish me luck. The exam is on the 10th of September and I’m going to be really free after that for a few weeks at least, so I’ll start to help a little more around EF then . But really, do considering joining us, especially if you know how to edit. We really, really need editors! Cheesecake [our Head Chinese Translator, one of our most active Cleaner and our main Editors Trainer] will soon be leaving because of some personal matters and won’t be around until next year. We’ll really miss her and her leave will surely be shown in our release quantity and frequency if we don’t get more help soon. I’m serious, the girl cleans like 1-2 volumes per week in her good times. And that’s more than amazing. I myself never did more than 3-4 chapters per week [and that depended a lot on the length of the chapters *hides*]. So, thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us Cake! Take care, and don’t forget about us! XD

Some news about one of our most popular project: Dear my Girls. After almost a year of waiting volume 9 has finally
been published. The bad news is that our raw provider from Korea isn’t around anymore. Our problem is that we don’t know where to get the raws for volume 9. We know some sites that ship from Korea, but the shipping is around $200;  we only buy from there when we want to buy a lot of raws so the shipping price will be worth it. It’s clearly not worth it for only 1 volume. We’re going to do a big manhwa purchase at the end of the year, but till then, for our fans, we would like to try and get our hands on the raws for this one. Does anyone know where to buy this one volume at a decent price + is anyone willing to scan it for us or send it to one of our scanners around the world [actually, we only have scanners in U.S.A., G.B. and Germany...so not as many options as it sounded like XD]? We’ll pay for the book and the shipping, of course! (Although not if the shipping is $200 >.<. ) Also, about the big donation amount we always ask for…now you now why. I also hate that it’s so expensive to get manhwa [in comparison to manga at least], but I want to believe that it’s worth it. Stories like this one, Masca, Ciel, Absolute Witch and a few more that we’re scanlating are truly charming and we’re very happy we’re able to bring them to you guys. A big hug to all our Korean translators and all our other staff that enjoy and work on our Korean titles regardless of the fact that they are not as popular as the Japanese titles . It’s sad that manhwas don’t get more attention, but then I guess you do have to like the style. Well, also, we’re asking for $350 in donations this month because we kinda forgot to change the goal at the beginning of August so now we’re trying to get the money we need for both last month and this one. Sorry if we’ve left you the wrong impression. We’re trying to get back to the monthly goal of $150-200 per month that we usually have. Ah…it still sounds expensive though *digs a hole to hide in*. But, please do continue to support us. Thank you to everyone who donated to us!

Ok, another idea I had today while I was waiting for the chapters we’re releasing to get uploaded is: a sneak peek for our fans. What’s this about? Well, if you are part of the staff and have access to the “secret area” in the forum, you probably already know these things, but if you are not then you normally have no idea. In short, I’m going to list you guys some of the chapters that are almost done and being QC-ed right now. Those chapters will get released next week. So, here it goes:

~ Platinum Garden v11 chapter 47 [Our last released chapter for a while. We managed to find 2 awesome translators to work on this one, but we're still missing an editor. And this chapter ends in a cliffhanger. Please help us find an editor for this! *puppy eyes*]

~ Real Purple v01 chapter 01 [Yes, we're doing this! We released the first chapter again because we used bigger raws than the ones NOIR used to release ch 1. Hope you'll enjoy it. We'll be back with more soon .]

~ Tsuiteru Kanojo v01 chapter 03 [Another new project. This one is a joint with Whisper. Please go to their site to show your appreciation as well . Only 1 chapter left from this project and it's full of smut, just like ch 3 was XD.]

~ Yamatonadeshiko Shichihenge v24 chapter 99 and v25 chapter 100 [We're releasing the previous chapters we've prepared before but never managed to release in the past. We're going to release ch 101-106 as well, slowly. And don't worry, this doesn't really affect our releases for the newer chapters as different people are working on those. The only difference between our releases and the other version is the fact that we've translated the SFX as well. Feel free to enjoy the version you prefer more .]
